Step 1
Start with Mulberry Silk or Bamboo (dependent on your sweatband) lying flat on your hand at the mid section of the hardhat.

Step 2
Slide the first scalloped end of the sweatband under the harness.

Step 3
Wrap the first straight velcro side of the sweatband over the harness, securing it to its matching scalloped side towards the outside of the harness.

Step 4
Continue to the front of the Hard Hat and repeat the same as above, sliding the middle scalloped section under the harness. And then wrapping the straight velcro side over and securing towards the outside of the harness.

Step 5
Repeat the above steps to complete the final edge of the sweatband.

Step 6
Smooth out the creases of the sweatband focusing on the front section that rests on your forehead.

Continue to the mid section of the Hard Hat and repeat the same as above, sliding the middle scalloped section under the harness. And then wrapping the straight velcro side over and securing towards the outside of the harness.

Step 5
Repeat the above steps to complete all sides of the hardhat completing attachment at the rear.

Step 6
Smooth out the creases of the sweatband focusing on the front section that rests on your forehead.
